Payments & Orders

When is my order confirmed?
With card, IRIS or PayPal the order is confirmed instantly. With bank transfer, within 1-2 business days from when we receive the deposit receipt.
Is a receipt / invoice issued?
Yes, an electronic document (receipt or invoice if you provide business details) is issued for every order and sent to your email.
Are there extra charges for any payment method?
No. We do not charge the customer any surcharge for any payment method — card, IRIS, PayPal or deposit all have zero surcharge.
What happens in case of a refund?
The refund is made using the same payment method originally used, within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved. See the refund policy.
Can I pay in installments?
For large business orders (e.g. Fleet Management for multiple vehicles or precision agriculture equipment), contact us to arrange installments.
